As quantitative imaging becomes more widespread and important, reducing variability across devices, patients, and time is vital. Efficient and valid methods for quantifying biomedical imaging results are required for optimal patient care, clinical research, and new therapy development. Dr. Mark Shiroishi joins Dr. Gibbs to discuss the work of the Quantitative Imaging Biomarker Alliance, the group pursuing this important goal. (23:18)
